Dreams happen,
Chase them,
Kill them,
Don't let others do it for you.

Interpretation:
line 1: we will have dreams
line 2: aim for them
line 3:execute your plan and accomplish it
line 4:don't let other people crush/shatter/take your dreams away or don't let anyone else live your dreams (e.g. in a competition)
